step 1: measure your nail width

method 1 (recommended)

use a tape measure across the widest part of your nail bed.
write down the size in millimeters.

method 2

place paper across your nail.
mark the widest part.
measure between marks with a ruler.

step 2: find your size

measurements in mm:

choose the size that fits most of your fingers.

if between sizes or have flatter nails, size up.
